Refund and Exchange Policy

The East Coast Coffee Company offers a superior, exceptional product, however, if you are not fully satisfied with your coffee, please see the following details on returns:

To return a product:

- The return request must be within 30 days of purchase

- The original box of product wishing to be returned is sealed. The East Coast Coffee Company will not accept any open or partially consumed product

- Return shipping is at returnees’ expense; The East Coast Coffee Company will not cover the cost of return shipping

There is no refund for clearance items, discounted product, or personalized merchandise.

If you would like to refund product from you order and you meet the above criteria, please contact with your order number and reason for return, you will receive an email confirmation from us in regards to your return request within 3 business days, once we authorize the return and you have the product shipped, please provide us with the Tracking Number. When the shipment is delivered back to us we will then issue a credit in the payment form used to place the order.
